GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL INSURANCE
We accept most insurances, including Medicare; however we cannot be certain if your insurance covers Chiropractic, although most policies do provide coverage. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, we will happily telephone your insurance company to verify your benefits for you and explain them to you at no charge.
PATIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE
Our goal at 360 Chiropractic is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care and adjustments. If you have no insurance or if your insurance has limited or no chiropractic benefits, we have several self-pay options so you may receive complete care without undue financial difficulty.
"ON THE JOB" INJURY (WORKERS COMPENSATION)
Our providers are a part of the provider network with Department of Labor and Industries. If you are injured on the job, your care should be paid for under your employer's Workers Compensation insurance. You will need to inform your employer of the accident and obtain the address of their insurance carrier. Please provide this information on your first visit to our office, including your claim number, and claims manager's information. If needed, we can assist you in filing a claim.
PERSONAL INJURY OR AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS
If you are injured in an auto accident, your medical claims should be covered under your auto insurance policy. Please notify your auto insurance carrier of your visit to our office immediately, and provide your claim information on your first visit to our office including; your claim number, claims manager's information, and let us know if you have retained an attorney. We understand the claims process can be complicated and/or confusing so if you have any questions regarding your claim or how claims work, please feel free to ask. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
